1. General Conditions

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  • You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks.

  • Our business hours are Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Orders or inquiries made outside these hours will be processed the following business day.

2. Products and Pricing

  • Gramax Tools specializes in hand tools, power tools, and accessories.

  • All prices are subject to change without notice.

  • We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will be perfectly accurate.

  • We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

  • Shipping flexible cost from Ksh500 to Ksh3000 is not included on the product price.

3. Cash on Delivery

We use cash on delivery (cod) as payment method to remove doubts and security issues.

4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy is integrated into these terms:

  • Window: You have 30 days to return an item from the date of purchase.

  • Shipping: A return label is included in your package for your convenience.

  • Fees: There are no restocking/ returns fees.

  • Processing: Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after we receive the returned item.

6. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using our products or site for:

  • Any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.

  • Infringing upon or violating our intellectual property rights.

  • Reselling products without explicit written permission from Gramax Tools.

7. Limitation of Liability

Gramax Tools shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of any tools purchased from us. Power tools should be used according to the manufacturer’s safety instructions.
