Operating Instructions

1. Assembly & Setup:

   • Harness: Ensure the shoulder straps are securely attached using the provided locking clips. Adjust the buckles so the tank sits comfortably on your back.

   • Pump Lever: Connect the side-mounted lever to the internal piston rod using the supplied split pins and washers.

2. Filling:

   • Open the tank lid, but always leave the internal plastic filter in place. This prevents debris from clogging the pump and nozzle.

   • Pour your solution in, ensuring you do not exceed the 16L maximum fill mark. Tighten the lid firmly after filling.

3. Priming & Spraying:

   • With the unit on your back, operate the side lever 6–8 times. This draws liquid into the pressure chamber.

   • Press the trigger on the lance to start spraying.

   • Maintain Pressure: Continue to operate the lever with a steady, rhythmic motion while you spray. Use the trigger lock if you need to keep the nozzle open for extended periods.

4. Nozzle Adjustment:

   • Twist the nozzle tip to adjust the spray pattern (from fine mist to concentrated jet).

   • Note: If the nozzle drips, there may be air in the lines; purge this by turning the nozzle to “jet” and operating the trigger in short bursts.

   • Sprayer
